Kim Lillico

Kim Lillico was born in Ottawa and grew up in the beautiful village of Manotick. From a young age, Kim began working in service and sales, which soon led to supervising and management positions within the major hotel industry. Interior design has played a significant part in Kim’s career and has become a key component to her success in the Real Estate market. Kim’s career in Real Estate began in the City of Montreal.

Her determination, drive and ambition led to sales achievement awards her first year of business. Eventually, Kim came back to her roots with her husband and two boys to begin selling Real Estate in the nation’s capital and surrounding areas.

Oliver Ousset

Born and raised in Madrid, Spain. Oliver’s extensive experience & passion for the service industry eventually led him to a 10 year ownership of a Trendy and Successful martini and cigar lounge in the heart of Montreal. Following a decade as an Entrepreneur , Oliver sold his business and moved with his family to Ottawa. While visiting his In-laws restored 1920’s stone manor, Oliver developed an appreciation for stone restoration. Graduating with honours from Heritage Masonry , Oliver was given the opportunity to restore many significant landmark buildings in the nation’s capital. Gaining a respect for architecture and construction, Real Estate was a natural progression.
